Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@frameandfirestudios.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return shipping
A return label is available for an added fee. If we provide a prepaid return label, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method, minus the return label fee if one applies. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us at hello@frameandfirestudios.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right. We cannot accept damage reports made more than 7 days after delivery.
